What is the difference between BCAA's and Protein Supplements?
From what i know they both supply the body with essential amino acids for repairing and building muscles after a good workout, but is it good to take both at the same time? And am i correct about the above statement and such? Im still learning i'd like to know what BCAA's and Protein Supps do in more detail. Thanks!
BCAAs contain amino acids which are a good supplement for health.
Protein is good for building muscle.
I would use both, but BCAAs are possible to get without supplements.
